Whistling noise on startup after K04

A strange noise has shown up after I finally got my K04 dialed in at the shop(or so I thought). When the K04 was first installed(by me) everything pretty much normal. After 1500 miles or so I developed an exhaust leak at the mani/turbo gasket. The Mani/turbo bolt was too long as was bottomed out on the turbo threads which was not allowing the mani/turbo gasket to seal properly. The gasket eventually burnt up and deteriorated cause a huge exhaust and my Audi to sound like a shitty v-twim motorcycle! I took it to the shop and they replaced the hardware, gasket, etc and the car now runs and boosts fine, but on startup it makes a weird whistling noise kinda like an overexagerated turbo-spool noise. The strange thing is the noise is present when the engine is warm or cool and only lasts for 1-2 minutes. It is also only present under load as I first noticed it when the car did it's 1200rpm start up thing. If anyone is familiar with this problem and can offer me a quick fix I'd appreciate it.

Also it is not due to a leaky TIP, I have checked many times lol

Do a full boost leak check, look in the DIY section there is a DIY. If its not the tip or any of the connections to the turbo, it could be the 3 way check valve.
