Good price for a 04 A6 S-line?

04, S-line, 50K miles. Looks great, no scratches or dings. White with tan leather. Auto though, did they make them in manuals? (the S-lines.) Dealer is asking 19888, but I think I can get it for 16k-17k. Is that a good deal?

thats a good pirce, i got my S-Line about 7 months ago in amazing shape, with 46K on it for 25K so yeah, thats a real good price, and no, NO manuals in the S-Line, go for it!

maybe the area you're at has different price or the AWD are more of a demand.. i got my 04 a6 2.7t S-line with 51K 9 months ago for 17,400 ( 19000 after taxes, DMV, plates).

so... try to get it at 16000

Yes it is a CPO. Well after chatting with my wife about it, I think were gonna hold off. She really wants a A8L. Thanks for the help.

I have been looking at theior used values lately as I am about to put mine for sale soon and my buddies is tradnig in his A6 Sline most likely for a new A3 Sline...
Within 100 miles, they go for 18 to 24, big range. Many were above 20k.
Audi has my buddie's A6 today to check it out and he borrowed the A3 until tomorrow. The ballpark for trade in they gave him is 15.5/16k trade in! Not bad!
I guess given the conditions, upgardes, new parts, we could put them for sale at 20-22k
to start. Mine has new rims, tires, shocks, springs, mats, front rotors and pads (monday) and had the big TB/WP service done.

Trade in on my 6 here in CA is $12,800 according to KBB. Dealer told me it would be $10-11K though, because that is what they are selling for at auctions. Considering that I paid 18K for it a year ago, it pretty much sucks.

im in the used car business myself and i just purchased an '04 S-line White on Tan with 44K Also car fax clean, 1-owner car, absolutely mint where you can pretty much eat off the car...i bought it from an auction in jersey for $12,500...so my suggestion would be to wait until the right deal comes across if you are looking to save some bucks
