where is the transmission ECU ???

I'm not sure it's in the same place as my '01, but mine is under the front passenger's side carpet.

ok i checked quickly and i didnt see it on the right side of the carpet...is it like under the left foot ??? and the carpet seems to be glued on the floor...is that normal ???

take off the door sill, then lift the carpet. its right in front of the passenger seat towards the door

^ yeah just take the kick panel off, I believe it's two screws. Then you have to lift the carpet up (could be a bit tough). Then reach down and take out a black box. Pull it out a bit and open it. You should then find the tcu inside it.
