Cupholder problem

Can anyone help me on how I could take out my cupholder. It's not sliding in. Thanks.

I changed out my cup holder and card drawer and never took off the top trim. I bought Audi radio keys from Ebay for 2 bucks and removed the radio. With the radio out you simply reach in and push the cup holder out from behind. You can not remove the radio with out the keys. And with them you have to give the radio a pretty good tug, but it will pull out.
