    Thats right folks,
    I bought a bunch of BRAND NEW (not second hand...not crusty...not old) 2.0 92.8mm stroker cranks for the 06A block and I am looking to unload them.
    The crankshafts are cast (before you moan the cast crank from vw has been taken to over 500whp).

    Asking price - $375US shipped.Great way to kick off your 06A stroker project.

    i think the question is, are there cranks to go out to 2.0 for the 1.8 engine that are forged rather than cast?

    Yes but those cranks are 819US.Why go forged (I went forged because I had the money to burn) when a cast has been proven to last with MORE POWER than anyone on this forum currently makes.

    to add to what Issam said, people have never broken a cast 1.8T crank. I believe the only one that might have broken was pushing 1000hp on an engine dyno...
