I installed the forge splitter the other day took me a couple hours to pry off the permanant clamps on the oem one. I even broke the oem valve in piece just to get it off.

After i installed the valve i hear some clicking noise near the valve area maybe i broke something? is it normal?

o yea love the sound of the splitter way better than the 007.

    Re: Forge Splitter DV

I'm running the Forge Splitter DV and I don't have the clicking noise you're talking about.

...and I have to agree, the sound is great!

Took me a few hours and I still couldn't get them, so I took it to a shop down the road and had some guy do it in about 5 minutes for $30. Seems lame, I know, but apparently I'm not much of a DIYer on cars.

    Re: Forge Splitter DV

lol, i just cutted the whole hose (like 1cm from the valve) and placed the splitter on that, and just smacked on a new clam. took me about 36.2seconds.
