Looking for brighter rear turn signals in silver/chrome?

I've got some rear turn signals from somewhere that I've had for a while. Recently one of them blew and I need a new one. You can't buy them but in a pair.

I went to Advance and bought some amber turn signals and painted them with a chrome paint but they are not very bright. I've even have been told that my last bought pair wasn't very bright either but they weren't no where near as bad as the ones I just painted.

Who makes the brightest chrome turn signal for our car that blinks amber?

Are these a single filament bulb? I have ecodes and I thought that my last pair were a single filament because they were only on when the blinker was set.
