    i just got mine in the mail today and it is about 2" to long i checked to make sure i ordered the right one and the auction was correct. have any of you run into this problem?

    how do you guys recommend getting in touch with the company. i know theyre in taiwan and they never once were in contact with me during the innitial transaction?

    my mom held it contoured to the trunk

    they have to be bent to accommodate he slight curve of the trunk. I hope you're not just putting it flat across...
