It has been sometimes from the accident happened and I can say I got the recovery and feel fine. Cant and wont play soccer for a few years but I can walk and I am going to be able to run in a few months !

The strange thing is I got a warning from the admins, for 2 days, eventough they knew about how I am and how I stuck in the hospitals between the surgeries..

And another think to Phantom; I'm not a SCAMMER!!! I have been here for nearly 3 years, you can not here anything but the good words about me for that 3 years. Also I'm in the paypal for more than 5 years and you cant find anything negative untill the fuckin$ accident.. So I'M NOT A SCAMMER.

So I'd like to post a few shoots here; first one is the proof of the ...! paypal put hold the money in my account and the limit dropped into the -21$. Because after your payment I have bought a skype account for 14 Euros and this was the total shit which was spent from your mirror caps money. So when the paypal made a hold on your 290$, the thing got into the -21$.

And paypal sent me a message and told that they are going to refund your money ( damn I sent to them at least 4-5 emails for the refund and debit 21$ from my credit card but they did not refund it still as you told. ) So I can not do anything for these case. Because since I'm not from the US I can not add money from my credit card. When I hit the button for the add funds it says that:



So I CAN NOT ADD ANYTHING. This is the second proof for the ones who think I'm a scammer ! I bet anyone who knows me NEVER EVER thought I'm a scammer but its for the ones who do not know me..

Anyone with any idea for the solve of that problem, let me know. But it really hearts me THIS WARNING from the admins .. Man I was just fighting with the possiblity of my disability / cant walk but people could think that I'm a scammer..

Just its the only sad thing with the AZ family since the 3 years but really hurt me..

Good news here, finally someone could think to communicate with me directly in replace to send me automated emails.

" We were recently contacted by Mr. Smith in regards to a refund that is
owed to him. After reviewing your account I do show that you have an
available balance of $297.81. I researched the case and saw that you
authorized a refund to the buyer for the full amount of the
transaction;
however, we cannot refund a partial payment if you do not authorize it. "

This is what they wrote. Its so funny coz I have wrote them to REFUND all your money at least 4 times before these message in a month, they r still want an authorization from me, funny&strange actually.

Anyway, I have authorized them to charge the 21$ from my credit card, so they charged and they are waiting for an other authorization as you see, so I gave another one. So it should be refunded to you in a short time.

I'm posting these things here coz I got a VERY UNFAIR issue warning from the azadmin and also I never handle a sticker which carries a scammer notice on it. So I want to make acknowledge anyone about the point.

It was necessary for me to inform a third party about this situation in the event that I could no longer get in touch with you. You seem to not like to contact me directly, so I wanted to make sure that I was not forgotten after you recovered physically and financially.

To be honest with you, I didn't expect to get any money back from you. Usually after 3 months you can forget about getting a refund in situations like this. When you posted a non existent shipping/tracking number on our paypal claim after telling me you no longer had anymore mirror caps, I had no clue what was going on.


I am glad you got everything sorted out with paypal, and I will let you know when I receive a refund.

I'm pretty sure I managed to MAKE my status in AZ more STEADY, more than ever nut you just sat on your a$$ by attacking a %100 reputable person while he was in hospital..


I refunded 278$ which what I received. I really do not want to pay you 1 cent more than it needs.. Its how I feel..



BTW: the tracking info part is used to send a message to the PAYPAL authorized persons which was the LATEST WAY to reach them.. So after this message they contacted me. Its written as: PLEASE REFUND HIS MONEY, I TRIED TO TELL THIS TO YOU FOR MANY TIMES, THIS IS THE LAST POSSIBLE WAY FOR ME TO REACH TO YOU.

but you cannot see that part of course. So if I was not smart enough you are going to have something else in replace to a refund man.. You just really thank me coz I try to took care so hard while i was in hospital and unmobile..

Thats it.. Spent your refund in anyway but never try to throw me some sh$t..

You are over dramatizing the situation and I was not the only one who filed a claim against you. I spoke to a couple of other audizine members who entered into transactions with you long before your accident and they have had bad experiences with you…Months of waiting, evasiveness, dodgy and misleading answers on your end.

Before your accident you sold and accepted money for an item you DID NOT HAVE after your listing clearly stated that you were selling your "Last set of mirror caps". If you did not have the item to sell, either let your buyer (me) know before hand or don't sell at all. It's pretty simple. All of the vendors and sellers on this site have managed to grasp this concept, why can't you?

The only way you could get in touch with paypal was to enter a bogus tracking number into the claim details? Does that even make sense?

A transaction claim can be closed and resolved when:

1) The claim originator closes it out
2) The seller issues a refund
3) The seller enters proof of shipment along with tracking.

You attempted to close the claim with a bogus tracking number and when I asked you about it twice you ignored me. You didn't try to tell me anything as you have said and all of our actual contact is documented within the paypal claim details. You only told me you sent paypal emails to send me a refund because you could not add money into your account. I told you to call paypal for help on 6-17-08 but you never did.

I called paypal last week, and the agent said all you had to do was contact them over the phone and the issue would have been taken care of instantly. Face it, you are just a terrible seller accident or not! I have neither shame nor guilt for wanting my own money back from you. You are pretentious and you deserved to be temporarily placed on suspension.

Also, a partial refund is not a full refund. You still owe me $12.00 whether you feel like paying me or not! Refusing to pay me the full amount owed when you had the opportunity to do so is fraudulent to me. From now on, I am only buying from local members or actual vendors who can be trusted!

I've seen those cases everywhere, I myself was on receiving end when a reputable person sold a product, never shipped and disappeared. That's when I started using paypal via CC only. Filing claim is the right thing to do when you're unable to contact the seller.
It is seller responsibility to contact buyer and let them know what is going on. But trying to sell something that you don't have is simply wrong. I would do the same thing, especially since you tried to use bogus tracking info. I bet most of the AZiners would do the same, don't get angry, learn from mistakes.
