Just did a car wash today . share pics and i have QUESTIONS---56K PLEASE DON'T !!!

Question No. 1 my car is 2000 2.8, 119k and for some reason i can't get fresh air into the car without turning on the AC. i know that for most japanese cars i been driving, i only had to turn on the fan. and leave the ac off. This way i could get fresh air from outside in. but on our cars. how do i do that?
Question No. 2 i am about to sell my car soon. Please read everything down below, i will tell u everything iknow about the car, how much should i ask for????????
Mods: 18' ADR M-sports rims with 80% rubber left
Koni YELLOW adjustble shocks with INTRAX PRO. springs
RS4 front bumper ( NOT the cheap fiber glass one.)
S4 chrome mirror cover made my "inpro" from germen
Oem RS4 front grill
Main: timing belt changed at 96k
4 new break pads and resurfaced rotors at 96K also
New clutch at 88k
New alligment after i lower the car and the rims
Oil changed every 3k
I HAVE RECEIPT ON EVERYTHING ABOVE!!!!!!!!!
Con: Faded center LCD screen when hot.
Left side front signal bulb is broken . (easy fix)
Some scratchs at front hood and rear bumper as a 8 years old car.
Salvage title from last ownner. the car was rear ended, it broke the rear bumper and band the rear hatch ( there is NO frame damage at all). i replaced the rear bumper and unbend the hatch.

Car runs perfect, no noise what so ever. i am about to buy a house and need to get a van for the family, sad to let it go car gets about 28 on the high way. 20s at local. Kbb on this car is about $10,000. Consider it holds a salvage title. HOW MUCH SHOULD I ASK FOR WITH ALL THE MODS AND MAINS I HAVE DONE TO IT?? here is some pics(PSP WITH NAVI ROCKS, AND I DID DRAW THAT STICKER PIC) LOL

1. You just turn the air on and press the button that says ECON.
2. Should check on KBB, and price it at what you think it is worht with those mods on as well.
3. TAKE OFF THAT BADGE!!!

I'll be honest with you. Because you can see that S4 badge, chances are your questions won't get answered. You will be mocked. Sucks, but thats how the Internets work.

If KBB says its worth 10K I would say its worth 5k. The mods add no value as you should already know. The Salvage title destroys any real value. Does the Carfax show the Salvage title? Sometimes they do not.
