yeah, everyone is probaly gonna flame me for asking this but is anyone running an 034 efi for there b6 1.8t????? or is everyone stuck useing Revo/apr/giac/unitronic????

Most people run a flash tune of some sort. SEM is for sure a possibility though. Whats your setup and post some bigger pics, your avatar is a little small

finished it in april its running 7.5:1 comp. 2.0l stroker je pistons, carrilo con rods. aeb mech lifter head with variable cam, head flows 320cfm and revs to 9k power comes on hard at 5k all the way to 9k + Bob (QED) supplied the Cat Cams,timing Gear and shims for the lifters....Im slowly posting pics in my gallery Im gonna have it Dyno'd soon so I'll share the numbers with you all...and on its way an INA enginerring intake mani.

Your killing your motor with that turbo, give it the 35R it deserves!!!! Your very much limiting your power with the T25 you know that right?

well i dont know about SEM my car was built at Almost Racing by my brother from another mother Philp K....the driveabilty is like factory vary linear pwoer curve ez to drive in trafic ..as for the features the only thing i have lost is my fuel countdown clock (lol it reads 2000km when i fill it up) and my esp due to the fact that I have the Stassis rear LSD and the DBW converted back to DBC in order to run the 034 efi

how do you like your intake????? Im dieing for it to come I wanna turn up my boost over 15psi and see some real power dont trust the stock one seen the write up on them on Vortex

this is very true, esp with a car thats still somewhat up there in price for cheap/poor kids that tend to do these builds.... my dads car is another example of this...

Why the 7.5:1 CR with such a small turbo?

Since you said it pulls to 9k do you plan on doing dyno runs to 9k?

We really didn't plan on having such low comp. with this motor ...we couldnt find a proper head gasket with enough clearance so the guys at 034 fab'd one up for us at the last minute (the gasket look like 5 stock ones in one lol) and I bought the turbo prior to the build if we would of known the comp. was gonna be so low i would of went with the gt35r or bigger... and yes we do plan on plan on doing 9k runs jus waiting on the new Innovative LM 2 with RPM so we can tune it properly

So what was the reason for needing a thicker gasket or did you just use pistons with stock CR and needed to lower the CR from there?

we were aiming for around 8.5:1 (excuse me i dont know all the stock numbers off the top of my head I left that up to the man who buit it) we were worried about smacking the valves since we were useing the AWM camchin tesioner and it was a head ach to source athe cams since the parts dealer we were useing had horrible customer sevice (I will not mention them) so I looked around and found out about QED an he was an awsome help to us. Hope that was of some help to answer your question if you want more info pm me I'll get my buddy to fill you in considering Im not familar with all the specs myself
