Who here drives their R8?

I use my R8 mostly for the track. It actually has more track miles than street miles. So that would probably qualify as , "Drive it like you stole it."

I save my off-road vehicle for just that, off roading. I think it has something to do with the "right tool for the right job," idea?.. Seems like a smart idea.

One of our customers has put 3k on the odo in the 3 weeks he's had his. Not sure it will continue, but he drives it daily and loooooves it!

4000 miles. 3 months. i drive it as a public service so that i can i can bring smiles to the faces of the general public. and so i can make bmw drivers pucker their butts in envy. someone has to remind them that audis are better. and much sexier...............

ps- GR8- you deserved to the get the first one. you've been genuinely passionate about it since you got it. i can't stand it when i find out someone buys one just to resell it.

YEP. Audi could not have had a better R8 spokesperson. Audi owes you the first V10. Your pix and videos kept me going thru the tough times. LOL

I have about 20 pictures of your car andrey, about 10 at that guys shop in Scottsdale the day before the bullrun ended, and then about 10 from when it did in old town scottsdale, and pictures of all the other cars of course, and a ton of the great white turbo...jesus that car was amazing. I wanted you to burn out with the R8 though..bummed me out.

there is no such thing as a purple one (there is mugello blue but not in ky). i am the only one driving much in louisville. there was a jet blue one and another daytona gray like mine (but he is in italy and doesnt drive it). if it was near the summit or brownsboro rd area, that's me. just put silver blades on it today (was body colored matched).

if I had an R8 id drive it every day screw the mileage if you pay over 100 grand for a car why not have fun with it? My dad put 60k miles on his porsche turbo and the cars value went from $120,000 to $40,000 but he had insane amounts of fun with it and thats all that counts haha
