THanks for your bird crap replies, next up, how to clean exhaust tips ?!?

Car has about 16000km on it and the tips are filthy, stock tips, the sides are sorta silver but the rim is completely black, tried cleaning them with car wash stuff and rubbing but it seems like it's stained...

the other day i saw a same A4 with SHINY original exhaust tips.. how can i achieve such results ?

when doing the exhaust tips, i used noxon and it did a damn fine job, but after i got all the black crap, i could see some fine scratches, anyone have any good suggestion for removing scratches from chrome?? i not sure you even can as its a plating
