Take it in for Pete's sake. You're in a brand-spanking-new TT. Git-r-done right. OTherwise, that new 2.0 will be VERY expensive.

    Re: TT loosing texas T

Exactly 2000 miles ago. Something probably happened in between 0 and 2000 miles, ever think of that?

I say, bring it to the dealer, sell it back to some one who appreciates it, and buy a scion.

    Fogget' about it

    DONE deal

so then if you dont want to take it in (as u seem to come up with an excuse everytime someone tell you to) then dont, add oil and keep going, then if something breaks and ur stranded ont eh side of the road you will know it wasent the oil being burned

    Re: TT loosing texas T

new engines tend to burn more oil within the first oil change. i think the problem will go away as your milage goes up some. just change the oil and see if it happens again. but to tell you the truth if i was you i would take it to the dealer and be like wtf is this light on for. i bought this shit for alot of money

uh, if you have a 2008 TAKE IT TO THE DEALER!!! WTF? thats what your warranty is for and thats what a normal person does when they buy a new car.

DIY fixes and internet speculation should be left to those of us that are out-of-warranty and want to try to fix it cheaply.

in your case, you dont have to PAY, so why take chances?? take it to dealer ASAP man.
