The reasoning behind the 10k in repairs was due to an engine fire.

The ecu wiring harness had sat on the mani and melted a few of the wires.

So insurance gave them the go to just replace everything. So ALL the sensors connecting to the ECU have been replaced. Even the Ecu.

The harness came undone off the firewall somehow.

I have Illinois plates because I have the car registered in Illinois. But, I work split the year between Colorado and Illinois.
