Exhaust question?

Is it possible you could use an exhaust meant for AT trans on a manual trans?

The only difference I've seen in the auto vs manual exhaust from the same manufactureer is the down pipe (or lack there of). Most Auto exhausts will not have a DP (I beleive Techtonics tuning is like the only one I've seen that has an auto specific DP...most others just don't come with the downpipe).

Quattro vs FWD is a different story though...those won't work on the other.
