    best all season tires

Ok, so when i bought my 03 A4 Quattro sport it had Dunlop SP 5000 A-S tires and although pretty bald they handled quite well, although the snow traction wasn't great. I loved the steering response, really tight and quick. I recently got some Goodyear Eagle F1 A-S tires and i absolutely hate them, my car feels like an old Cadillac now. The sidewalls feel really soft, the car actually wobbles when i go over a bump, the steering response it slow and delayed like the tires are trying to catch up with the wheels. So what i'd like to know is what all season tires would make my car actually feel like a sport package A4 again. I live in Oregon and the weather is pretty unpredictable here, snow, lots of rain, hail... you just never know sometimes. I can"t afford summer and winter tires so i kind of need all season. Would really appreciate the help, Thanks.

hmm... i have these tires on my car now and i dont really like them. they're too soft, and the steering doesnt feel weighted and dead center like it used to. they're pretty comfortable though and cheap.

they are good tires... in order to get that stiffer sidewall, which is what gives you that feedback, youre going to have to go with a sportier/less durable tire

Well you're already cheaping out on the number one performance enhancing variable... so might as well spend a tad on a set of all 'rounders.

Had the Extreme's and didn't like them. I had some Pzero Nero M+S and handled great in the snow, but was fine in the summer...

Really appreciate the comments, has anyone tried the new Goodyear Eagle GT? I know they just came out but, if anyone knows anything about these, any info would be appreciated, thanks.
