How much you have to put down to reserve the A4 2009?

I want to reserve and order Audi A4 so I can get the options that I want for the car, this way I don't have to worry about finding the right one at the dealership.

How much do I have to put down or the minimum you can put down just to reserve the Audi A4 2009? And when the car arrive in the fall, I can put more down payment.

Depends on your local dealer I believe. Most seem to take a refundable $100 deposit if you're actually placing an order. You'll have to call the one(s) in your area to find out.

$1000 check to spec and order the B8 A4 of my dreams. 100% refundable if I don't like it for whatever reason. Hard to go wrong with that proposal.

I have never put a deposit down on any of the Audis I have ordered in the last 20 years. The 09 A4 coming in August is no exception. The 09 S5 to replace my 08 S5 likewise is no exception. Stupid or not I have found that sticking with one dealer rather than constantly shopping around for the best one time deal serves one well in the long run.
