    Does anyone have a pic of a dolphin gray a4 (b6) that has/had glowing brakes on a day at the track? if so post up.. I wanna see! :)

    go drive for a constant hour with your left foot on the break pedal and your right foot on the gas pedal. after your hour is up,pull over,snap a shot,and post so we can laugh.

    lol... well I drove it from LA to San Diego driving around 100-120ish because I was driving with some dude that pulled up next to me in a brand new Black S5 and so I was like ehh why not have some fun... Well we hit traffic here and there and so I sometimes had to hit the brake pretty hard. Once in a traffic jam, he rolled him window down and said "hey your back brakes are glowing!" and I was like no f-ing way!! When I got to my destination in SD I could feel I was metal to metal on my brakes! Once at the hotel I let them cool, and then ran my finger across them and the rotor is all beat up and dead with scratches deep as hell! Its too bad he didn't snap a photo!

    I made this thread just to see what exactly my car could have looked like

    not dg a4 but should give you an idea...



    theres a cool pic of an r10 at night with glowing brakes...if you search you may be able to find it
