Hi to all. I know i don't have a b6 but a b5 s4. My question is, do we use to have boost on top of DV actuators while on boost? Or does the selenoid take care to not permit boost there? I Need to know it before adjusting my deverters. Thank's alot guys. Could'nt find the info in s4 forums.

    Re: Boost on DV actuators.

pressure is supplied to the top of the BPV(aka DV) while you are at wot and making boost.

You mean the one under the intake valve that the vac line is plugged into?

It allows the ECU to control or fully cut what is being supplied to the BPV for safety issues like over boosting. Most people just end up bypassing it.
