I need a front lower bumper of the b7 s4 25 ed for my retarded brother

who didn't leave his car in gear and let it his car coast down a hill in parking lot and cracked his front bumper....he was quoted 3k for it at the dealership and i haven't stopped laughing since, i am wondering if i can get some help finding one...i know these are rare and hard to find but any help would be greatly appreciated
