Should EVAP purge valve go click on tests?

When i run the system output test via VAGCOM am i suppose to hear clicking on my purge valve? if so there is no clicking just a air sound, i replaced the purge valve recently so why is there no clicking? could it be a fuse?

Mine clicks when tested using VAG-COM. Check to see if there is 12 volts at the connector. If not then look for a fuse or possibily a short. Measure the resistance for the purge valve. If there is none then consider the replacement bad also.
