Blackin out my grill... Quick Question, opinions needed

Hey guys, while my car is on jack stands gettin the wheels refinished i figured its time to do some little, cost effective mods hahaha, im gunna spray the rear corners and black out the grills(fron bumper is gettin painted too soo i figured why not... Here is my question...

ummmm.... Which paint to use and should I sand down the chrome? Im sure there is a thread but I couldnt find it... any help is much appreciated... ill post some pics of what she looks like right now later on haha

ok im an idiot.... and the mod I did to the front of mine was a little different then what I thought it was... so I haddent done it the way you guys were doing it... but Ill post pics of what i did when its back from paint... again, me + alcohol = rediculous things hahaha, and thx for the link I cant believe I didnt see it?!
