FS: 2001.5 S4 Silver 6 speed 90k price drop

Super clean S4. Silver with black leather interior. 6 spd. 90,130 miles. No accidents. I am the third owner, completely stock, never chipped or modified. Drives and looks like new. Premium and cold weather package, Sunroof, Heated seats, Bose Sound System with CD Changer, Xenons, Traction Control...New set of Michelin's have only a few thousand miles on them. Only lite stone rash on the front bumper and 2 small nicks in the rear bumper, other than that the paint is perfect. One wheel has some curb rash. I have religiously changed the oil every 3k miles with only Castrol Syntec 5w30. Clutch was replaced under warranty by previous owner at 28k mi due to leaky rear main seal. Records for other major services. No Fault codes, perfect LCD computer displays, no accidents, non-smoker. Timing belt and waterpump due at 105k. I know this is an issue for some people so you can buy the car for $11,300 as is, or i can have this service done and I'll sell the car for $12,300.
