Boost gauge pod - what color?

I got my custom Martini boost gauge pod in the mail! Ryan painted it to match the platinum color of the A pillar. I have a black dash/seats with the platinum fabric on the pillars and headliner. The question - leave gauge as is to match the pillar, or paint it black to match the dash? Or other suggestions?

edit: BTW, Ryan sold this in his garage sale last week. one-of-a-kind mount for $50 - with the auto meter gauge!

Re: Boost gauge pod - what color?

Depends on where you want it to blend. With the dash, or with the pillar?

I figure it's attached to the pillar so it should look like an extension of the pillar... thus leaving it platinum.

    JMO though.
