    Good news the guys on ebay selling the Ecode reps are working with me are gonna make the projector chrome and put OEM HID projectors in there, the only thing holding them back is that they don't know if D2S or D1S is more desirable and common, need help guys! ty!

    d2s is much cheaper, but d1s is OEM. i doubt they are getting "oem" audi projectors though.

    ^^they are, Helix uses oem HID projectors in their Vdubs! thanx man so D1S is better or D2S??

    They're the same bulb. D1S has a built in igniter, D2S doesn't.
    Light output is exactly the same between the two.
