    Boost problems (Simple Question inside)

Well, it seems that I can never get it right. When my car was bought, it turned out to have a broken wastegate actuator. Well that was fixed, but it seems that it wasn't fixed right. My dad and grandpa decided to do the job and it seems that they didn't pay attention to how the old actuator was afixed (didn't count the threads when tightening). I cannot boost past 11psi. New DV, just installed a TurboXS HP-BC so it's not the N75 either.
My question is : Can I tighten the actuator without dropping the turbo? Also, do you guys know how much it needs to be adjusted to be in the normal location? Thanks

You will have to pull the turbo out. You can use an air compressor set to 5psi to test the wg, then just tighten it so it just cracks open at that 5psi.
