A5, S5, or new '09 A4??? Opinions Needed!

What do I do, I have a B6 A4, pretty much a finished project, and Im gunna sell it at the end of the season. What should I do next?! Here are my delemas... tell me what you guys think.

-I like 4 doors, and the a4 is practical, and does look great
-the A4 has the 2.0 TFSI engine
-35ish for the a4
-The exclusivity of the a5/s5 is amazing and they look soooo good
-the V8 rumble is awsome and I wouldnt have to do anything to the engine...
-the a5 would get better mpg then the s5
-lastly, tunability comes into play somewhere in all this...

HELP ME, I mean the a4 is cheaper but I want somthing thats gunna stand out and 50k for the s5 seems like a steal for what you get... what do i do?!

Keep what you have now, wait until the A5 2.0T is released in America (next year?) and that should be your decision right there.

I will be picking up a turbo A5 unless the S5 comes with some sort of forced induction in the next year or so..

If you are seriously considering an S5 then you already know the answer to the question. S5 in a heartbeat, you'll have to wait of course but it is a very, very capable and exclusive car.

if you have the means definitely go for the s5. not many on the road and such a great car.

I'd definitely go S5. If you're like me, you'll buy something else and regret it while it still has temp tags on it! It's a costly mistake, so get what you want the first time. You won't have to wait for an S5 if you find one used like I did. I found a great deal on mine with 5,500 miles from a private party needing to get rid of it ASAP for financial reasons. I decided to buy it on a Thursday night, and I was on a plane Friday night to pick it up!

How quickly we forget about the rising gas prices and how economical and tunable a 2.0T would be. Chip, full exhaust, couple other bolt ons and you walk an S5 and get much better gas mileage. Not to mention, a nice big shiny FMIC would look bad ASS on an A5.. can't do that to an S5!

How about waiting for the next S4? Still very practical, more than capable, better fuel economy than a V8 and possibly faster than the S5. Want even better practicality? Wait for the S4 Avant

Thanks guys for all the opinions, I am gunna wait to here if the 2.0T will make it to next years A5... I think that its either the 2.0T a4 or the S5 right now lol, I want somthing that will either make the speed off the bat or at least be able to be tuned to the speed I want... so the a5 3.2 is out lol... any other opinions are appreciated

I'd say go with the 2.0 T A4. 211 hp and you know it's tunable. you can get one in a few weeks and they look almost as good as an A5. You said you loved 4 doors so get the newest version of what you already know you like. FYI though the 6-spd A4's are not here until early spring.

So, news from the AoA... looks like an A4 2.0 TFSI Premium Plus w/Sline will be the best way for me to go...

BTW AOA is having a track event on the 29-31st of July at Louden, if you go and do the driving experience then you get a discount if you buy a new A4 or any audi I think... just thought I would pass that along...
