adj. FPR noob question

i have a gtrs with the unitronic GTRS file.. so it calls for a 3 bar i just finished everything up and set it to 38 PSI at idle with the vaccum line off what should it be set at to make it a perfect 3 bar.. PSI at idle?????

At idle with the vac line removed it should be set at 43.5 psi to make it 3 bar.
