    OEM 25quattro Shift Knob

It looks like my shift knob is either getting dull or the "shiny" part has worn off... can't tell. I'd like to think I could just polish it to get it like new. This is the OEM shift knob in my 25quattro S4:

    Not my pic, btw.

It's getting dull around the lettering. Hopefully it's just hand muck? Any ideas?

No, Audi didn't want to differentiate value/demand based on production #, so they left it off the shift knob, although you can tell by the VIN what # the car is.
