Good place to find a PC or rotary?

Hey guys, does anyone know a place I can get these on the cheaper side (other than used) or suggest a certain one over the other? I need to clean up some small paint chips on the front hood eventually.. thanks everyone!

Check Ebay...you'de be surprise on some good deals you'lll find on there...I have a Brand New Rotary ,Neiko is the name..its a knock off of a Makita...I dont use it, since i bought a Makita. But if you dont plan on using it alot, i would spend a ton of money...let me know if you want it...

I'm about to put mine up for sale I used it maybe 3 times. It will come with both types of pads the dual sided that came with the kit and the velcro backing plate with a shit load of pads. A few are used most are brand new never opened.
