No GIAC dealer in Phoenix???

It seems like EVOMS is no longer a GIAC dealer. Does anyone know who else is carrying their line? I don't want to have to get something else, but will have to if there is no local support.

it was recently that evo dropped giac... they are starting to do their own tuning called evomit

I guess a place by the name of Tuning Grüppe is the new GIAC dealer in the Valley. Does anyone have any good/bad infor about them? I just hate having to go outside of the Scottsdale, FH, PV, 101 N. area but if they are good I can definitelly venture into Mesa for good service...

yes Tunning Gruppe is the new GIAC dealership and they are a good bunch of guys. EVO is making their own tuning now called EVOMsIT and their numbers are looking great so far.

It is a flash tune, so if a shop is good or not doesnt always come into play. they just have to know how to use their laptop and the GIAC software program and find the OBD port on your car. :)

My concern was basically regarding their customer service skills and practices.
My previous Avant for example had REVO Techik software and I had a few problems with it mainly because the guys that ran that operation did not have a "brick and mortar" place of their own, so I had but go through a lot of hassle to get it fixed. In the end everything worked out but it took weeks, and I rather not deal with that.
Regarding EVOMS, I will let someone else be the Guinea pig first and then see how things go...

I've gotten a couple things done at their shop, and I would 100% recommend them for anything. Definitely worth the drive. They're the only place that works on my stuff other than me...

I have had some initial contact with Eric Gasser of Tuning Gruppe in the past and he was very responsive and knowledgeable. I am fairly certain that he knows VAG motors well based on my correspondence with him.

D at Exklusiv doesnt do GIAC but he used to offer Revo, now its only APR...
