Went in for alignment-Seized control arm?

So I finally got my KWV2s on. It took 3 days because my upper mount bushing was busted on drivers side front. Anyways I took it to NTB and they said they could not work on the car due to a "seized control arm" I do not know where this came from as I was under there and everything seemed perfect except a tie rod that will need to be replaced. Tomorrow I'm going to another place to see if they come back with the same status.

They probably simply meant that the tie rod end was seized, not the control arm.
