    Talking Got bored so I murdered out interior trim and took pix

    I had nothing better to do then black out my fugly fish scale trim and added a little extra touch. If we ended up F 'ing it up, I just figured it'll give me an excuse to finally get what I wanted anyways (S Line Trim). But, it came out pretty F' ing good and saved me some $$$$.

    Very very very lightly sanded. Then primered and painted by my step-bro with automotive paint that he mixed up and sprayed. Satin black finish (same as everything else) with no clear coat. I decided to keep the fish scale texture and not sand it flat. In person it looks really really good.

    the interior job looks good man, i like it. put your rings back on the front though, without them it makes the car look like a cheap piece of plastic. even blacked out rings will look good.

    I like it. What grit sand paper did you use? A little more detail if you don't mind because I need to do something to mine since my kids have totally scratched all sorts of pieces of my trim.

    Are you saying for aftermarket or available on the option, because all S-Line Ti Pkg cars came like that? My interior is black from the headliner, down. The Piano black trim is such a bitch to keep clean without scratching it all up.

    cool thing to do... but kind of looks really plasticky... also kind of looks like you used a brush to paint it... a higher gloss might have made it look a little bit better.

    Trim looks a little off and don't mean to hate but I really don't like the look of the no rings on the grille.

    I like the look of the no rings up front. In fact, I wish someone made a grille that didn't have the bar going across where the plate should be and instead just allowed the mesh to continue all the way down to the bottom.

    Also, OP: Your A4 needs rings...Like, no rings is not cool. I can understand a debadge, but the 4 rings are a must. It's like not having a name, you know what the person looks like, but he has no name. Sad...
