c5 (2.7t) Vs c6 (3.2)

i was just serving the net last night and check out the price for the 05 -06 A6. the price on those things were lower than i expected. I just had my 04 A6 since Oct'07 and if i could of put an extra 3000 i could of affort a 05-06 A6. This made me pretty angry,

but i said to myself "TURBO TURBO".. so now can someone please tell me, is the 2.7T sLine better than those non turbo 3.2 newer lines???.. i just wanna see if i can ease my heart....

It's better in some ways and worse in others. Neither is a bad choice. It just depends on what you value most.

Luxury -> Newer A6 3.2
Sport -> A6 S-Line 2.7T

I personally like the old body better but it is a matter of taste.
I like the 2.7T engine better but 3.2 might be more relibale and cheaper on the long term.
I liek the interior of the new A6... The 2.7T is faster

well. basically i'm just trying to outweight one and another...

i want to thank you two for responding. it made me realize i'm better off with my 2.7t, i everytime i see a C6, 90% of the time it's some old business dude driving it. 2.7t is fast when you wanna feel like a kid and smooth when you want to be in the business mode. It can also be chip and mod.. i don't see any of those on the new 3.2...

no offense to anyone with a C6, that car is amazing and the inside looks a feels great, but speed and performance wise, it cant compare to a 2.7T, and like Gigi said, the C5 is best looking A6 they will ever make, period.

Well yes the 4.2T is very fast, but still yet, theres alot of Stg 3 S4's that can take RS6's.

^ can you emagine stage 3 rs6? with some garrets, lol, i would take rs6 any time over stage 3 s4 :) plus we are talking about c5s not b5s, fast luxury, if you can say so :D

oh for sure, i would take a stock RS6 that isn't running over a stg 3 s4 lol, but still the 2.7T in stg 3 mode, is wicked fast. but nothing compares to a C5 RS6.

^yip, plus its good to have manual tranny option, which was not offered in us rs6 :(

I have a stage 3 a4 (b5) io would rock a c6 over the c5... The c5's look good but are showing age. No the c6 isnt a performance oriented car but its still grown and sexy...
