Mods for a b6 3.0

Not sure how to mod a 3.0 because I have always been a 1.8t guy, but looking for exhaust and an intake, unless there is something else someone can suggest. If you could help with telling me some good brands for both the intake and exhaust that would be great.

skip the intake, exhaust is almost completely for sound (unless you go FI), read the 3.0 sticky, then come back with more questions
