CPO Warranty

I'm selling my 2004 Audi A4 on Saturday and was wondering if there was anything that I had to do to make sure that these people get the rest of my CPO warranty? I assume it's attached to the car, not to me.

I don't know if it is transferable without it going through the CPO qualifications at the dealer. How many miles do you have?

Some time ago CPO was transferable, there was a discussion about it a while back. But I bet 90% of existing CPO warranties are NON-transferable.

What? Non-transferrable? That would be terrible cause I told them it was... Isn't the warranty attached to the car, not me?

Also, the car is a 2004 and has 26,700ish miles.

It IS transferrable. I had to send AOA $150 and my information and the warranty gets put into my name. Used it twice with no problems :)

According to Audi, You cannot transfer warranty's anymore for cars purchased after Aug/2006. I don't understand why they would do this! I'm so angry right now!

^^correct. if it was certified after 8/06. i got screwed on this, after the 'CPO' purchase.. sucks.
