Help!!! rough idle??????

just happened a few minutes ago, my brother came back with his s4 and everything was fine but when he went back to start it up and drive it around it became louder? mabye an exhaust leak because thats what it sounds like but it then threw a code, just trying to ballpark what it might be and how much it might cost :(

well worry about what it is before cost. maybe something just came off like a hose. did he beat it? check the intercooler hoses, those are very common to come off but dangerous to have off too much. check all the hoses first.

he drives it fairly conservative for the most part, its a stage 3- and had a major service a while ago, so hopefully its just a hose

definately, the car had bottomed out hardcore on the worst street ever and next time we turned it on we thought piping had come off or a n intercooler cracked and were like !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but it was something much less expensive :)
