Exhaust Rattle

The past month or so I've had a really annoying rattle I'm guessing from my exhaust whenever I hit exactly 3200 RPM, in any gear, even neutral while not moving. I have no idea what it's coming from, the bolts from my turbo to cat are tight, my cat is solid, I whacked it a couple of times and got no rattle, my flex pipe is loose but the pipe underneath is intact, and there is no heat shielding intact with any part of the exhaust. I brought the car to a shop two weeks ago and they said that while up on a lift they didn't find any problem, but they only looked at idle. Here's a video I took, you can hear it pretty well right after the turn, I tried to hold the RPMs steady.

What the hell could be causing this?

It could be touching a heat shield...

my heatshield rattles when I am accelerating. Just check it.

does the "rattle" vibrate your call at all, can you feel it in your butt? or is it just a noise

I bet you it's a loose heat shield. I'm not saying yours is touching anything, just that it's loose.

When I had my exhaust put on, on a cold start at about 2.3k RPMs I'd get a weird droning noise. It went away after the system warmed up, so I figured the shield must be loose, and when it warms up the heat expansion fixes it.

Got under my car and torqued down ever bolt I could find, even had to bang some spots in because they had started to pull away from the car.
