    About to buy 04 A4

    I am about to purchase a 04 A4 with 40,000 miles
    it is CPO and was a loner vehicle with all services done at dealer
    tag price is 16k

    what would be reasonable to pay?

    NO NO NO NO NO!!!!! never buy a california loaner!!!!! those cars would go 10k over the service light before oil changes are done and people that drive them fill 87 all the time! i'm telling u man, i've seen how those cars are treated, with the smoke smell inside, etc.!

    Ain't that the truth, BTW, to be more specific, Bay Area/Northern California, we simply pay more than everyone else! LOL Chi town is not cheap neither, though, with that darn City and State tax.

    $15-16k is a good price I think. Only 40k miles for an '04 is very good. Even here in Socal trying to find an '04 within 300 mile radius from me netted cars with nothing under 77k.
