Steerıng wheel problem?

I can see that ıf ı turn my steerıng wheel full to rıght of left ı can see that my RPM moves a lıttle bıt, lıke ıt ıs gıvıng gas??? anyone else notıce thıs??

that is completley normal, the vehicle is compensating for the load of the power steering.

yes it does it on my car, all a4's do.
