Tranny swap A6 2.7T

Hey guys

I would like to swap my auto 2002 A6 2.7
for a manual tranny ,
As for now i have pretty good deal for a S4 tranny
and all other parts i can reach (exept the intior consol - anyone can help ? )
My question for today is:
What kind of ECU change i need to make ?
or shpild i replace the ECU ?

according to what i know i need clutch+FW , console,clutcu pumps ,cv joints
starter and pedal .
I'm not sure that i need new driveshaft , do i ?

you might need a new driveshaft, as far as i remmember auto tranny is longer.
