K03 Conversion

Sick of the stock K03 power & I'm looking for the lower end torque the K04 provides. I have a brand new K03 currently installed in my DD with about 2k/a month & a half under its belt. Is it possible to buy a K04 rebuild kit to convert my K03? Correct me if I'm wrong but from my understanding they're the same besides a more aggresive turbine in the K04?

Wondering if it has been done before or possible?

There are a few shops that will take your K03 and modify it to something equal to a K04. This is something that should always be left to a "turbo builder" because it must be balanced on a machine once you take the wheels off.
