Well supposedly when i installed my intercooler i was supposed to remove the front crash bar. I didn't do that causing the intercooler to get to long and not fitting under the bumper. Im not really to keen on taking off my front bumper support but im might be my only way. What do you guys think? I haven't bottomed out the intercooler yet so i might just leave it to be and eventually by an Oettinger bumper to cover the whole nose.

like everyone else says, it may be upside down...was there any way to fit it behind the reinforcement bar?

here is a picture of my racetec. the intercooler extends another few inches above and behind the crash bar. installation did not require the removal of the reinforcement. it easily slid underneath, then bolted up to the fmic brackets.
