OMG finally someone with a melange colored car! That looks amazing man. I've been wondering if black rims would look good on our gold cars and after seeing yours i truly believe it. Im going to put on some black RS4 reps. How much was that trunk spolier? I needa get one of those. Ever thought about putting chrome mirror caps on? Might look cool.

Is that the Cupra R lip I have seen VW and A4 guys use?? Was it a straight bolt on for our cars or did you need to modify it? Looks great!! Where did you get the lip?

The back seems tucked a little more but it's sitting correctly. The rear isn't sagging or anything.

i got my lip from ebay. its not exactly bolt on, but thats what it takes to get it mounted. u need to trim a buncha clips, trial and error fit it and just drill it into ur bumper.

the front is just a bit higher, didnt want to run into problems with turning or anything. the car sits level with the back just a bit more dropped. the backs are almost on the lowest setting on the coilovers lol.

jon c, the rims were sold by a shop local to me, in toronto ontario. pm me if you want his shop details. he is the only person ive seen sell these rims in this bi-colour finish.

I had a problem with my coils. I went to low and the bottom of my coils rubed my axels. has anyone heard of this? I have raised it back up of course but I want to go lower but im not going to cut the springs.

Can't wait for my lip to arrive this coming week (???) then tackling the RS6 upper and lower grill conversion. I hope it comes out good. What type of hardware did you guys use to bolt it on? AUDIRS did you paint or clear coat the lip? It looks shiny (good)!

i did end up painting it and putting some clear on it. i fucked up and cut the 2 things that stick up in the middle of the lip completely off by accident where i should have just trimmed them down alot. i had to glue them on with ABS plastic glue (for plumping pipes). the glue was really yellow when it dried so i was forced to repaint and clear it. i kinda like it but i may get a flat black paint and respray it. not sure yet

its just like kievskiy said, drill and screw, and thats it.

i have heard about this. the funny thing is, i heard it when we were doing the install of this lip and lowering it. one of my buddies that helped has a slammed jetta TDI. the rims are like 9.5 wide and has something like a 235 or somethin on it. it looked sick, it was really slammed and you could hear the coils rubbing on the axels. he isnt going to fix it from my understanding, he thinks the car still isnt low enough

Josh at OEMPL.US e-mailed me this morning saying that my lip is shipping today. Thanks JOSH!!! Hopefully I will have it here for the weekend so I can slap it on. I actually like the wet look better than the flat black, so I might try the same. I am not sure if the RS grills will arrive before the weekend howerver.

yep, vogtland. i had it a bit higher before and the ride was a alot smoother. at this height the ride is tight. on slight bumps it feels awesome, but if your on a street that is really bumpy and old, it can get a bit harsh. vogtlands are usually really a smooth ride if ur arent completely dumped like mine. im almost on the lowest setting on the coilovers. i think fender to ground is just under 24inch

thx guys. yea blacking out my chrome is 100% on my to do list. i only have weekends right now to work on my car, and with the rain, its been bad. i think im gonna keep my exhaust hidden on my stage 3 setup. i have 3" downpipes i think im gonna install dump valves on, and keep the exhaust hidden. not sure yet though. i like the stealth look

^not a 100% positive but i dont see why you couldnt make it work.line it up so it looks proper then drill it into ur bumper
