so long norcal, it's been fun

so my wife just accepted a job as the head librarian for a school district outside of Tucson. We have to be there by July 28th, so we are heading home to start packing. I have lived in the bay area for a total of 20 years and my wife her entire life, but change is good. The kids now have an acre to run around on and the dog has a pond to swim in. Housing is really cheap so we are doubling our living space for a third of the price. Give and take, I guess. No more walking to the museums or restaurants in our neighborhood.


Anyway, I'll be back for ALMS in October so hope to see some of you there.
