    one of the other benefits of an aftermarket exhaust is the weight savings. your car will get quicker with less weight. the X-pipe might help but the stock exhaust is still restrictive.

    The x pipe also isnt really meant to help with flow directly, its more creating an equilibrium in both pipes.

    It also takes some of that traditional V8 sound away. I would stick with the H-Pipe until I got an aftermarket exhaust and I would still keep an H-pipe of afterwards. Not into the X-pipe sound.
