    ya

    1. use a heat gun (hair dryer) or something like that to heat the glue on the back of the badges. keep it there for a decent amount of time til the glue gets soft.

    2. grab urself some fishing wire or dental gloss and slowly scrap it off the car.

    3. grab some goo be gone and wipe it clean while ur getting it off keep heating it so it'll be easy.

Re: how can i take out the decals?

I *just* got done debadging my A4. Took like 10 minutes from the time I decided to do it until I had everything put back away after the job was done.

I think a heat gun would be *way* too hot. I used my wife's hair dryer and it took me all of about 20 seconds with the hair dryer on low and the fishing line slipped right through the double sided tape. Temps are about 70 today.

I then re-applied the hair dryer on the low setting and rolling with my finger, the rest of the tape came off.

I looked at WD40, Octane booster (Toluene), ISO HEET (isopropyl alcohol), HEET (methanol), and other solvents I had laying around in the garage. I ended up using WD40 and a soft cloth to remove the remaining residue.

A quick soapy rag wipe, rinse, and dry finished the job.

I just did the exact same last night, worked great.
