s4 suspension

Is the s4 suspension the same as the sport suspension that is found in all the other A4's?

If not, what is the difference?

Yes it will fit and is better. You can also get springs to lower it and will work well together. You can get RS4 setup also or A4's. A little stiffer but better handleing.

If you put S4 suspension on the A4 it will sit higher and the ride will not be right because of the weight difference of the engines. That is why lowering springs for the S4 are not directly applicable (recommended) for use on the A4, only the coilover kits which give specific springrates are applicable to both, the ones designated simply A4 or S4 are specific to their respective cars and aren't right for the other.

I mean how much higher are we talking about? Like regular A4 sport suspension height or much higher like 4x4 type of ride?
