hey so I am looking for places to hide things in my car. I have a manual and have already found the compartment under the shifter leather. Does anyone else know of any other places that are easily accessable to put small things about the size of a quart size zip lock bag?

The tray underneeth the seats. But put the bag under the rubber mat in the tray. I have had my car searched before by CHP and my freinds audi by sherriffs department and they never look in those trays but they always look under the seats lol

And they just give me shit cause of my lowered car and stuff but i never have anything for them to find as i dont smoke weed or do drugs. Waist of time for me and them. Great tax dollars at work.

under your seats in the trays? (edit - damn someone beat me to it)

what compartment under our shifter are you talking about? i mean... i've got some space under there.. but its not exactly a "compartment"

you wouldn't happen to be hiding.... illegal things... would you? hahaha

    Re: Hiding places

don't use your car to hide things, first of all, don't use your car with whatever it is that you hide, because sooner or later you are goin' to get caught. Police officers ain't stupid, where you are standing right now, a lot of guys have stand there and the police know about every single technique to hide stuff in a car.

    anyways, good luck.

There is a cover that pops off on the sunroof console, so you can manually open/close. Good amount of room up there.

Yah, I didn't take him to jail though. I thought it was kinda funny though cause when he got out of the car 2 freshly purchased blunts fell out of his lap. He was so nervous that he must have forgotten that they were there.

Not sure where you are going with this, but some B6 front seats have drawers that slide out a few inches. They are mounted between the rails under the lower part of the seat. Open toward the front of the car. A rubber mini floormat lines the interior to keep stuff from rattling/sliding around.

Not sure where you are going with this, but some B6 front seats have drawers that slide out a few inches. They are mounted between the rails under the lower part of the seat. Open toward the front of the car. A rubber mini floormat lines the interior to keep stuff from rattling/sliding around.

I never understand how threads like this get bumped up 12 years later... Also, only some A4s came with the seat compartments, not all.
